Here are the registration fees:
Early Bird Registration : From April 20th to May 20th 2018
– Full price, with AFLS membership: 200 Euros (with proof of membership)
– Full price, without membership to the AFLS: 230 Euros
– Reduced rate, with AFLS membership: 120 Euros (Student with copy of the student card + proof of membership to the AFLS)
– Reduced rate, without membership to the AFLS: 150 Euros (Student with copy of the student card)
Late registration fees : From May 21st to June 20th 2018
– Full price: 280 Euros
– Reduced rate: 180 Euros (Student with copy of the student card)
Conference fees include coffee breaks, lunches and a welcome cocktail. Please note that registration fees must be paid by all co-authors attending the conference.
– Gala meal: 60 Euros. This price includes dinner, barge on the Canal du Midi and a musical evening.
In addition, we planned a guided tour in the city centre on Wednesday and Friday afternoon (2-hour walk).
