Mercredi 28 mars 2018,\u00a0 c’\u00e9tait le deuxi\u00e8me caf\u00e9-arch\u00e9o de l’ann\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span>, tenu par Martine Joly<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(UMR 5608 – TRACES) aux D\u00e9lices de Saturnin<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Suite aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui secouent l’Universit\u00e9 Jean Jaur\u00e8s<\/strong>, o\u00f9 se tiennent habituellement nos caf\u00e9s-arch\u00e9os, l’APAREA<\/strong><\/span> a \u00e9t\u00e9 contrainte de d\u00e9localiser son caf\u00e9-arch\u00e9o<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>en derni\u00e8re minute dans un caf\u00e9 du centre-ville, les D\u00e9lices de Saturnin<\/strong>. Nous tenons d’ailleurs \u00e0 remercier l’\u00e9quipe qui nous a chaleureusement accueilli, malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9cipitation et les chamboulements : vraiment, un grand grand merci et, nous l’esp\u00e9rons, \u00e0 une prochaine fois !<\/p>\n

Plus de peur que de mal : tout s’est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 merveille !<\/strong><\/p>\n

Martine Joly<\/strong> a pu nous donner une chouette pr\u00e9sentation des clich\u00e9s sur l’alimentation gauloise, les apports de la romanisation dans les choix des aliments, les techniques de cuisine, les r\u00e9cipients en c\u00e9ramique etc, et l’importance du croisement des sources pluridisciplinaires.<\/p>\n

Merci beaucoup \u00e0 elle pour son intervention et sa motivation malgr\u00e9 la situation exceptionnelle de ce caf\u00e9-arch\u00e9o.
