C’est sur cette version revisit\u00e9e de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre citation de Simone de Beauvoir que Laura Mary<\/strong>, co-commissaire de l’exposition Arch\u00e9o-Sexisme, install\u00e9e sur le campus du Mirail \u00e0 Toulouse (LIEN) jusqu’au 28 f\u00e9vrier, et fondatrice du projet\/collectif Paye ta Truelle propose de discuter. Dans le cadre d’un partenariat avec l’APAREA<\/strong>, elle livrera une conf\u00e9rence <\/strong>portant sur une approche f\u00e9ministe et critique du terrain en arch\u00e9ologie. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le travail de terrain est un aspect essentiel de la formation des arch\u00e9ologues. Il est au c\u0153ur de la construction de notre identit\u00e9 professionnelle et constitue un marqueur de notre adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 arch\u00e9ologique. Malgr\u00e9 cette importance centrale, le terrain n\u2019est pas un espace hospitalier pour tous, ni surtout pour toutes. Les femmes y sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 la domination masculine, perceptible tant dans la r\u00e9partition genr\u00e9e des t\u00e2ches que dans les propos et attitudes sexistes. Cette \u00ab\u00a0culture of fieldwork<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (Muckle 2014) n\u2019\u00e9pargne pas non plus les personnes issues des diff\u00e9rentes minorit\u00e9s. Cette conf\u00e9rence propose de d\u00e9cortiquer cette fameuse \u00ab\u00a0culture chantier\u00a0\u00bb et d\u2019apporter des solutions pour rendre cet espace d\u2019apprentissage et de travail davantage respectueux et s\u00fbr pour toutes et tous.\u00a0\u00bb Laura Mary.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
