Il est possible de distinguer un continuum d\u2019enjeux \u00e9ducatifs entre ces deux p\u00f4les, sous-tendus par des choix \u00e9pist\u00e9mologiques, axiologiques et politiques. En parall\u00e8le, diverses variations sont observables\u00a0: sur l\u2019engagement et la rationalit\u00e9 des enseignants, sur les influences socio-culturelles, sur les strat\u00e9gies didactiques. Diverses vis\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9ducation peuvent \u00eatre retenues isol\u00e9ment ou conjointement\u00a0: \u00e9ducation scientifique, citoyenne, humaniste, politique.
