Un \u00ab bon professionnel \u00bb\u00a0 est d\u00e9sormais \u00ab quelqu\u2019un qui est capable de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019irruption de nouveaux instruments dans son m\u00e9tier \u00bb (<a title=\"Pastr\u00e9, 2011 #973\" href=\"#_ENREF_3\">Pastr\u00e9, 2011, p. 68<\/a>). Les r\u00e9sultats de nos travaux r\u00e9v\u00e8lent le r\u00f4le essentiel que tiennent les activit\u00e9s collectives dans ces \u00e9tapes de changement technique. Ils montrent que le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019appropriation des nouveaux art\u00e9facts s\u2019articulent avec le d\u00e9veloppement des collectifs de travail (<a title=\"Cuvelier, 2009 #305\" href=\"#_ENREF_2\">Cuvelier &amp; Caroly, 2009<\/a>).
