Depuis 2010, un r\u00e9seau de chercheurs provenant des diff\u00e9rentes Universit\u00e9s conduisent un projet de recherche pour comprendre les dimensions de l\u2019impact de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des enseignants au Portugal\u00a0; et utiliser les r\u00e9sultats pour proposer, aux parties prenantes dans ce processus, des recommandations qui contribuent pour engager les enseignants et am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement.<\/p>\n<p>Sept \u00e9tudes de cas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conduites dans diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9coles et des d\u00e9cideurs aussi que des directeurs des \u00e9coles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interview\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche montrent l\u2019impact multidimensionnel de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des enseignants et soutiennent quelques propositions pour la prise de d\u00e9cision politique.<\/p>\n<p><b>r\u00e9f\u00e9rences bibliographiques : <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alves, M.\u00a0P., &amp; Machado, E.
