Prin urmare, adoptarea practicilor c\u0103rora trebuie s\u0103 le facem fa\u021b\u0103 pentru a lua \u00een considerare diferitele profiluri ale elevilor se dovede\u0219te a fi o m\u0103sur\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t necesar\u0103. \u00cen acest context, conform directivelor na\u021bionale, este recomandat\u0103 mobilizarea tuturor actorilor comunit\u0103\u021bii educative printr-o abordare sistematic\u0103, \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia fiecare s\u0103 aib\u0103 un rol bine definit \u0219i care s\u0103 dispun\u0103 de mijloace de pilotare a acestor politici.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Obiective<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 implicarea \u00eentregii echipe educative \u00een lupta \u00eempotriva abandonului \u0219colar \u0219i promovarea unor politici de incluziune reu\u0219it\u0103 \u00een vederea cre\u0103rii unei dinamici colective.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; reducerea num\u0103rului de elevi afla\u021bi \u00een situa\u021bie de abandon \u0219colar.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8211;\u00a0 asigurarea procedurilor de preven\u021bie conform protocolului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; propunerea unor solu\u021bii pentru elevii afla\u021bi \u00een dificultate \u0219colar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00eencurajarea metodelor didactice inovative.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; integrarea dispozi\u021biilor cu privire la regulamentul de func\u021bionare \u0219i practicile institu\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Principalele direc\u021bii de ac\u021biune\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8211; adaptarea \u0219i corelarea diferitelor dipozitive existente \u00een institu\u021bie, reactualizarea acestora, crearea altora noi,\u00a0 pentru a fi eficien\u021bi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dezvoltarea inova\u021biei pedagogice \u0219i folosirea instrumentelor digitale.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sprijinul \u0219i formarea personalului.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8211; implicarea elevilor \u0219i familiilor acestora \u00een strategia propus\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dezvoltarea st\u0103rii de bine a elevilor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dezvoltarea spiritului de echip\u0103 \u00eentre elevi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dotarea cu instrumente de suport \u0219i ajutor \u00een luarea deciziilor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Pilotare<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; crearea unui grup de pilotare care se va convoca de 6 ori pe an.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; acesta va i\u0219pune strategiam va analiza rezultatele ob\u021binute \u0219i va opera eventualele modific\u0103ri.\u00a0 Va comunica echipei educative stadiul de avansare al proiectului.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; componen\u021ba posibil\u0103\u00a0: director, director adjunct, 1 consilier \u0219colar, \u00a0\u0219ef de lucr\u0103ri, Profesor, documentalist \/ bibliotecar, 1 diriginte pentru fiecare filier\u0103, un referent pentru abandon, un coordonator pentru dosarele elevilor cu nevoi speciale, coordonator local pentru abandonul \u0219colar.<\/p>\n<p>Grupul de pilotaj va putea invita \u00een cadrul \u0219edin\u021belor de lucru orice persoan\u0103 a c\u0103rei expertiz\u0103 se dovede\u0219te a fi util\u0103 proiectului.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru fiecare direc\u021bie de ac\u021biune, se vor propune unul sau doi coordonatori.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Suport<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i>Delega\u021bia Academic\u0103pentru formarea Personalului din Educa\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103<\/i>\u00a0(DAFPEN), care se ocup\u0103 \u00een special de politica academic\u0103 de formare a personalului definit\u0103 \u00a0de rector.
