Proposals should be sent to the Steering Committee before May 15, 2013.
\nEach author is requested to provide an abstract (2000-4000 characters) containing an explicit title and no more than 5 keywords and 5 references.
\nThe proposal can be written in the following languages: French \u2013 Occitan \u2013 Catalan \u2013 Spanish \u2013 English, sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019un support visuel en fran\u00e7ais.<\/b>.
\nNotification of acceptance by the Scientific Committee: June 15, 2013.
\nThe authors whose papers are selected will receive instructions for editorial assistance on the basis of two possible formats of communication:
\n– Proposal for a Plenary session (45 minutes), within a maximum of 7 proposals.
\n– Proposal for a communication axis of the conference (30 minutes), within a maximum of 16 proposals.<\/p>\n

Axis1 = The context of linguistics, sociolinguistics, and language representations at the time of Jules Ronjat; \u00a0the relations maintained between Ronjat and French and French-speaking linguistics ; Ronjat’s personality and his work, and the relationship between Ronjat and the \u201cf\u00e9librige\u201d; the linguistic ideology and dialects (patois) , bilingualism, polyglossie from Ronjat’s times to the present day . (Epistemology and sociolinguistics axis ).
\nAxis 2= An essay on the Syntax of Modern Provencal Dialects <\/i>in question: <\/i>\u00a0Ronjat\u2019s modernity and specific linguistic representation. To what extent is language first\u00a0 of all syntax? What role do variants play in language? The definition of dialect and language. The concept\u00a0 of intercomprehension. The \u00a0pragmatics of intercomprehension, within a language, within a family of languages . ( Syntax, Occitan language, and language variety axis).<\/p>\n

Axis 3 = \u00a0The Development of Language Observed in a Bilingual Child <\/i>in question. The concepts of gender and precocity Bilingualism, diglossia and interlanguage. The concept of linguistic storage. comprehension and production activities. Are languages impermeable? Symmetry in language\u00a0 learning. The importance of social and emotional factors in language learning. The dual signified \/ signifier relationship in bilingual children. Cognitive, metalinguistic and \u00a0behavioral benefits in early bilingualism. (Bilingualism, precocity , symmetry, language skills, \u00a0and behavior).
\naxis 4 = Early bilingualism in French-Regional languages in French schools; Academic , inter-regional, national, European policies for language learning. Plural terms (language variations, early language learning, intercomprehension and multilanguage skills. The issue of open and regulated \u00a0language policies. (Institution, language policies, plural learning strategies axis).
