S\u2019y joue principalement le renouvellement des personnels, enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s-chercheur\u00b7e\u00b7s, enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s, BIATSS, AENES, ITRF et BIB.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Tandis que la cr\u00e9ation de postes supports de titulaires se rar\u00e9fie ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, tout en reconduisant des sollicitations syst\u00e9matiques de financement de nouveaux postes aupr\u00e8s de la tutelle, c\u2019est \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es objectives dont il dispose que l\u2019\u00e9tablissement s\u2019efforce d\u2019accompagner ses n\u00e9cessaires \u00e9volutions en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 un r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage des effectifs au sein des composantes et des services.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Au regard des enjeux majeurs que soul\u00e8ve cette question de la campagne d\u2019emploi, il est important que chacun\u00b7e puisse disposer des \u00e9clairages n\u00e9cessaires.
