Elle s&rsquo;est donn\u00e9e trois objectifs :<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Renforcer l&rsquo;interconnaissance entre les membres de l&rsquo;UT, en particulier sur le recrutement des enseignants-chercheurs, chercheurs et enseignants ;<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Identifier les attentes et contributions prioritaires vis-\u00e0-vis de la politique de site ;<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Identifier les principaux axes de la lettre d&rsquo;orientation en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines pour la campagne d&#8217;emploi 2024.<\/div>\n<div>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/div>\n<div>La lettre d&rsquo;orientation qui en r\u00e9sulte s&rsquo;organise en cinq points :<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">I. Vers une m\u00e9thodologie commune : mod\u00e9lisation de la priorisation des besoins<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">II. \u00c9change des meilleures pratiques au service de la strat\u00e9gie de site<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">III. Valeurs communes port\u00e9es par l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Toulouse<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">IV. Partage d&rsquo;outils au service de la politique de site<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">V.
