Administrative Support
At the beginning of the year, EIMA helps every foreign student to complete its registration in the university.
The registration forms are filled and checked with the students, we answer their question concerning the subjects, forms that they need to sign, insurance problems, bank issues, rent, etc.
This administrative support is often considered as essential for the students who have their first contact with French life.
Throughout the year, the students can also benefit from different things, such as help with their homework, language issues, administrative help (visa, apartments, scholarships, etc), train and plane tickets, advise for some trips…
We do our best to help the students with their adaptation and their everyday life, whatever might be their demand.
If you want to start to know more about the administrative process, the classes, enrollment, you can visit our website from the Jean Jaures University’s page.
IKEIMA
In addition to this administrative assistance, EIMA offers you a donated objects program to help you move into your room or your apartment. At the end of each semester, we gather the material that foreign students did not bring back home with them (pots, quilts, cutlery, cleaning products, electric hobs, etc.) and we distribute it to newcomers. This program allows foreign students to equip themselves not only quickly but also for free from their arrival. Go to the EIMA Office for more information.
Help to better integrate French life
Much of the help we give to students concerns their integration at the University and in the city of Toulouse. Activities and trips organised by EIMA , along with its buddy program largely satisfies these two aspects.
