Since 2012, the School of History of the Université Toulouse-Jean Jaurès has offered two bilingual degrees (3 years of undergraduate study) in History: one in French/English and the other in French/Spanish. Unique in France, this BA has been designed especially for motivated students who have a good level in English or Spanish, and who want to study history. It gives such students the opportunity to take up a career in international affairs, journalism, tourism, trade, heritage, teaching or research in Humanities and Social Sciences (history, sociology, political sciences).
The teaching team is made of members of the Department of History, the Department of LLCE (Languages, Literature, Cultures and Civilisations), senior lecturers and professors who have acquired an experience abroad, in teaching and in their research. Visiting scholars and professors regularly join our team.
