You have to apply electronically and you do not need to apply through Campus France.

Application 2016/2017 (all year or 1st semester) – From February, 1 to May, 31 2016
Your application will only be considered if the international office of your home university send us a nomination email, confirming that you are selected as an exchange student under our cooperation agreement.
You will receive a notice of decision once all required documentation has been received and your admission has been assessed completely.
