Hybrid format

The conference will take place in a hybrid format with some of the talks presented on site in Toulouse and some of the talks via zoom. All talks will be available via zoom.

Guidelines for the presentations

All presentations will take place in real time, via zoom or on site in Toulouse with a transmission via zoom. You do not need to prerecord the presentations and send them to us. Oral presentations should respect the standard format 20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of questions (see Call for papers).

Poster presentations will be held via zoom only. All speakers will have 5 minutes to present their poster (sharing a .pdf or few slides) in a plenary session (see program). Following this plenary session, each speaker will be attributed a zoom link for the questions. In your zoom chat room you should display your poster as a support for the discussion.
